Request deletion of your Mustr account
Use this page to request deletion of your Mustr — School Safety Comms account and associated personal data. You do not need to install the app or sign in. You may use the form below, or email privacy@mustrk12.com from any email client. Include the email address on your Mustr account and, if helpful, your school district. Please do not send passwords or ID documents.
What happens to your data
After verifying your request, we delete your individual Mustr account, sign-in identity, push notification tokens, and associated personal data such as messages and check-ins, subject to your district's legal record-retention requirements. Audit and incident records and reunification release-ledger entries that must be retained will be kept for the required period with your name anonymized where applicable. We will confirm your request by email within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
